One would have to advise them during the confirmation call not to eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes prior to arrival, and I'd guess it would also be prudent to let them know one intends to take their temps before the signing begins....

IMO that would probably go over like a at lead balloon for both signers AND hiring party.
