For myself, I would have refused and asked them to contact an attorney. I don't do much GNW for this reason.
I wouldn't want to involve myself in this especially since the mother is hard of hearing, son seems to be orchestrating and daughter against it, and where is the father? You are being recorded and there is already conflict before you started. Did he have a place to sign and just a no show?
Florida doesn't recognize separation agreements...you are married or are not... The recording is not legal in court I don't believe either, and if it is contested, sounds like a mess and conflict of her not hearing and maybe some dementia in there and son maybe pulling strings. Just me, I scare away very easily from this kind of stuff, so I don't do it.
