how do you pay your taxes...

You are an independent contractor and have to take out your own taxes, and other withholdings when you file and pay the IRS directly. I use a CPA, some use Turbo Tax, whatever works. You will receive a 1099 instead of a W-2. You are not an employee, but an independent contractor, aka small business owner if you take it that far.
