Best to always call and see what they say.
It could depend on how her signature on her DL is and how much room the lender gives you. Does she sign on her DL with her middle name? Did the title docs have it one way and the lender the other? (very common)
I found over the past year, many just want their normal signature and not stuck on exactly as shown as years ago, as long as consistent. It's their call.
