Where I live most is chicken scratch as many Hispanics have too long of names, and they tend to do a very elaborate type of signature that you cannot read, a block style of mumbo jumbo swirls and dots and lines through it.
I have had them rejected and accepted all ways. Some want the way it is legible all in cursive just as shown, some want their signature as on their ID, some want their signature, regardless of how it is printed, so it up tot he lender what they want truthfully. This is the hardest part of our job.
