Sorry, I have no recommendations, BUT this is just my opinion, the whole RON thing is a losing proposition however you look at it. No matter which you chose, it's a lot to maintain and keep up and going to take a whole lot of notarizations just to break even.
Traditional notarizations and closings are very abundant right now. Are you getting a lot of requests to do them? Outside of the start of COVID, nobody has asked me if I do them. |
