Wow, even I had a half-snarky post on that thread! The other half is still sound advice. And NVLSlady, you were light years ahead about recommending hand sanitizer! Although I think we mostly did carry the cloth kind, in CA anyway, just to help get the ink off their fingers.
Your best 'mentor' is this board. Read, Rinse, Repeat. I read the board for a year before posting. There were quite a few wise mentors on-board, some still here. Follow the knowledgeable ones even if they come across tough at times.
Who knows, after putting in the hard knocks, you may someday be a mentor here.  |
