I agree with LD on this, but I try to take it one step further. I've had my slip-ups, but I also want a physical address for a company. If we need to chase after them to get payment, it makes it much tougher when we don't have an address for them.

It's a red flag to me when a hiring party isn't transparent about who they are and/or where they do business on their confirmations or website pages (if they even have one).
