issues with XYZ posting their "suggested fee list". I told them at the time that there is no such thing as "price fixing" because we're Independent Contractors & negotiate our own fees. That opinion still holds for me.
I'm aware that fees charged by NSA's vary in different demographics, etc. CA notaries charge more, for instance, and the COL is higher there too.
