If I were made aware of this request in advance, I would offer to place the pages in the following order:
loose certificate for whatever notary act I was performing
page 1 of 2
page 2 of 2
Then I would punch a hole in the upper left corner, run a thin ribbon through it, and place the ends of the ribbon on the notarial certificate. I would stick a gold foil seal over the ends of the ribbon and use my embosser on the gold foil seal. |
