I am paying $29 for a case of letter paper and NEVER use legal-I bought a ream of legal 2 years ago and still have 1/2 of it. I pay $29.99 per case of letter size at COSTCO, legal at Staples less frequently.
I read how you guys use legal...WHY? lenders don't care-just don't have cut offs...we all use many of the same title companies here as you guys. I print legal when asked to. I don't try to reengineer my assignments
I had to ask, cuz I see why you must command $150/per. Mileage, gas is higher north and south of me. BECAUSE THE JOB IS WORTH $150. COVID-19 requirements. I see most packages are more than 150, 200 pp these days, except Qkn.
