My morning appointment just canceled. This was for a hybrid and docs were not available to borrowers until this morning. Well ... numbers are incorrect. They're dealing with mortgage broker on the West Coast whose office doesn't open 'til 9:00am. Guess broker didn't give them an after-hours phone number. Signing was scheduled for 11:00am. Borrowers decided to cancel for today and reschedule some other day after numbers are corrected. This is a Quicken loan through Amrock. I was looking forward to the quick and easy $160 for this signing. 
Hope this is not a sign of how the rest of my day will go. <sigh> |
