It's rough starting out and over again because in FL you just need to have a clean BGC and about $150.00 to be a NSA. Everyone is doing this here, so it's really hard to break-in and get your solid base and make at least a $$$ assignment. I lived in Boca Raton and Delray beach, and found it difficult in south FL myself. Many wealthy people do not have mobile notaries come to their house and have wealth managers and private bankers and such who handle their affairs. It's a different game down there vs Orlando area which has been on fire. The BGC here used to be widely accepted, but Fidelity and First American will not accept it, so if you want the larger companies and be approved, you will have to get the NNA or Sterling BGC. You can do it, just takes time to build. |
