We also receive our “blue book” in the mail. It lists in detail all the Bills, Propositions, Judges, School Board, etc. and pros/cons for each. If you’ve received such a book, study it thoroughly and use it as your practice ballot. Write all over the thing. Use it when filling out your ballot. Doing this in advance should alleviate any “X” outs.
Also, just like loan docs, read instructions to see if you are required to use blue or black. |
