| It's just that it's been a very crazy-busy couple of months. As lenders/tc try to keep up with the demand, mistakes are being made in every step of the process as they rush to get it done. Have also had more no-signs due to these errors in the past couple of months than the last whole decade combined! Also think that with many 'working from home', distractions are a contributing factor. Some days, with some TCs, I'd like to ask them "If you don't have time to do it right, when are you going to have time to do it over?" |
