| I have been doing this over 15yrs and have NEVER seen the sheer volume of errors that I am seeing now. Its not only ridiculous its pretty scary. In 2 days I had 4 loans not close because: 1. Term wrong, supposed to be interest only payment, 2. Docs all sent over on letter but they never shrunk the legal from the lender they just sent them cutoff and couldnt resend in time to close, 3. Sent pkg that was supp to close Fri but we were closing Mon so all dates wrong & lender is date sensitive and 4. (the worst IMO) The address was East St but they processed all docs as "E" Street - um there is a difference there. I know everyone is super busy but the lack of total professionalism is scary right now. I had another loan where they processed the wife's name with all of the husbands info, ie: social, work etc. That ended in a redraw. Went out 2nd time, they NEVER correct it only changed the dates. You can't even make this stuff up anymore. |
