Never saw the CD yet...refused to sign

once again....he said if they had only sent me an electronic copy of the CD, I could have gotten this fixed. Seems to be some steps being left out on clients seeing the CD 3 days in advance. This is not my first experience with this and unfortunately, it's been happening too often. Frustration.
