| I understand that a lot of us prefill our notary pages prior to signing, but I have always stopped at signing my name and save that for when the borrowers are done signing. Recently, a signing agent closed a loan at my house for me and she had everything filled in including her signature. She did reserve the stamp for after we signed. What is your feeling on this procedure? I felt it was a little questionable. Wondered later if I should have questioned her about it. |
