I don't even have snapdocs alerts set up. I have never signed up for the cattle call system of getting work, so far. Thankfully, I have not had to as of yet. Who knows, as things slow down I may have to, but I am pretty confident that my book of business will keep me going as it always has in the past without having to use snapdocs as my primary source of business.|
However, if as you described in a previous comment, a good solid company (SS/TC/ESCROW) calls you for a signing and they hang up on you as you are negotiating (as you described), you need a little help in learning how to effectively negotiate where it's a win/win. I've gained several new direct clients in this covid climate that have agreed to either my fee or a fee we are both good with.
