Split signing last week
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott of CA on 12/2/20 7:24am Msg #626985
As the second notary, I was surprised that the first notary on the east coast did not strike out spouse's name in all the certs, and failed to circle the correct pronoun in the certs.

The deed of trust cert did not have a notary stamp for the husband.

I don't mess with other people's certs. I let the escrow folks handle it. No wonder people are so overworked and stressed having to fix notary errors all the time.
