I get a call for a signing 50 miles away. Fee is negotiated and befitting the task and travel.
I never get the confo so I have no idea of where, exactly I will be going and who I'm signing.
Then of course docs never arrive.
I call the scheduler three times and go to voice mail. Another scheduler from the same company calls and has no idea who the first scheduler is.
This morning I get an email asking me the status of the closing.
Who is on first?
I call the company who tells me the signing cancelled, but no one bothered to call me.
