Title Companies Saying They Don't Need Help??

Hi Everyone, coming from the middle TN area. My question: Is it common to be told by title companies/escrow officers that they handle all closings in house by office staff? That is what I'm getting told! A couple also said they only need outside signing agents only 10% of the time.

Is this common? Do I simply try to stay busy with signing services and keep trying?

Is this happening because TN is a table closing state? Are you guys getting told the same thing in the escrow states, or is my location simply bad??

I appreciate if anyone has advice or willing to share your experience, have a lovely week/weekend. Smile
