| Had a few requests via email. Located me on such and such forum. I ask what town/type of closing/seller's side, buyer's, etc. I have not accepted anything as they don't respond to my request for specific details so I can provide my fee. They just then forward encrypted docs. Trying to open them I get a "phishing" message. No way am I touching this! Just an FYI that scammers are alive and well. |
