Had one scheduled for this past Wednesday for 6:30pm with an hour's drive to signing location. I'd been emailing title and getting same response ... still waiting for docs from lender. It had been scheduled for at least a week.
I finally contact borrowers again Tuesday evening to reconfirm. Mrs. informs me it's been cancelled. ;-( I immediately notify title. Apparently, neither title nor I had been brought into the loop. WTH!! |
