I agree with everyone's advice. I am in FL as well (central FL), and 2020 was very busy. I would totally take off anything stating you are new to the Signing agent world and focus on your strenghts such as being
detailed, punctual, dependable, all your key strengths and leave out the rest. You surely do not want to put your total count of closings in there until you hit over 1,000. Your equipment is a given in the industry, so no need to even list that.
What sets you apart? Why would a title company take a chance with you? What are you going to do to stand out from the rest? That is what you need to focus on and not the rest.
Congrats on doing weddings! I do not even do that and have been asked a few times, just too nervous to do them. That really shows strength and passion! Very nice website, your gallery shows a lot about your commitment to various groups in the community which is great! Maybe you can get a few professional settings shots for closing on there to make it more well rounded in everything you do!
Good luck to you!
