Has not happened to me, but if you are consistent in your fee schedule across the board, there should be no problem if one feels you are overcharging them.
Who are your clients? The signers? The Title company, the SS's? I can't imagine a situation where 2 opposing groups I work for would be together to discuss my fees. |
