My first impression is that this how digitized support should work. Makes lots of sense to me for borrowers to have a simple way to review documents in advance WITH some guidance on what they're seeing AND a way for providing feedback. (I saw a package last week that had more errors than any package I've ever seen.)
Whether or not that eventually leads to notarizing via RON or something similar, is another story altogether, but it wouldn't surprise me, either. |
