Pages do occasionally get damaged when jammed in a feeder. Why can't a "damaged" page be recorded? (unless coffee spilled on it or it was shredded by mistake)
But What if the borrower cancels on the 3rd day?? The safest way to fix this is to go back for the borrowers to resign the mortgage.
I understand your concern about losing a source of business, but the greater loss will follow if you lose your commission, or are sued by the borrowers.
