All these documents, end up being scanned and placed in a silo somewhere or in clouds, so it makes no sense to use expensive paper. Get the lowest-priced, best quality paper possible as it is a temporary transfer of signed, notarized paper. Once the transaction is closed, funded and is recorded, the paper is scanned by lender and title. Only the original CD, note and deed of trust are retained.
