What part of NorCal are you from? Things vary a great deal from one state to the next and even from one part of a state to another. Whether or not it's worth it depends on which clients you want to work for and how much competition there is in your area.
Some title companies require NNA certification as a prerequisite to accepting work for them either direct or through signing services, but getting onto their lists is tough. What really matters is how many options do hiring parties have in your coverage area compared to the volume of business there, and what other means you have to distinguish yourself so they want to call YOU.
