Maryland notary(ies), please help me on DOT 2 ACKs
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott of CA on 2/18/21 11:30pm Msg #629646
Father is co-borrower with his son who owns his home in Maryland. Acknowledgment asks for signature of AFFIANT. I'm assuming this is the father, as son signed his own acknowledgment. Never have seen anything like this. Father also signed the DOT signature page, this is the notary acknowledgment.
