I have an X.509 certificate from IdenTrust, although electronic notarization is not yet allowed in Vermont and I do not use it for notarizations. My first question is are you using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat? And which version?

Also, is the thing you're trying to sign available on the Virginia SOS website so we can look at it?
