I really appreciate everyone's help here, especially thank you VT Syrup for all of your responses and suggestions!
It technically is a corporate computer, though I work remotely and it was sent to me as new (it's a Mac Book Pro) so as far as the program goes, I installed the version of Adobe that was recommended to me (I believe they sent a link when I was hired if I remember correctly.) While being remote is wonderful, problems like these are difficult since I have no one else physically with me to help trouble shoot anything and I have to either describe or share screen on zoom in order to trouble shoot anything. Also, being the first and only notary from VA in the company, I am essentially the "guinea pig" for future VA notaries in our department so I don't even have anyone to reference anything to. Even our IT's are at a loss since it would seem that this would be something IdenTrust should be helping me with and at this point I'm not hearing back from them. I'm close to contacting Adobe and seeing if they are able to help since I'm exhausting all other efforts.
VT Syrup, I will look on your profile for your email and send you the screen shots and video I have of what I see and if you are able to figure something out that would be amazing, though I realize based on what you told me might not be possible. I truly greatly appreciate your help and even offering to take a look! I will be sending from my work email which is jmeyers@blendnotary.com just so you can look out for it.
