I signed the same exact refinance deal 3 times in 3 weeks. Apparently there was some glitch in the lender's software that triggered errors with the money and triggered resigning this package twice. The borrowers were treating like family by the third visit. Very nice couple and I am not complaining, since I got 3 full fees. Amazing they didn't catch the errors until AFTER the deal was signed and returned the first 2 times.
I feels like the entire mortgage industry is operating on the edge of what is possible in the time available, so mistakes are getting more and more common. |
