One thing, tho is a consensus for what is a commonly asked newbie question (that can be funneled here). Identifying the main topics would be helpful - but I'm not sure it would hold the interest of the baby notary ninja population (society in general used to getting info Fast)!
Good Beginner Questions:
1. Can I do this PT?
2. Should I have a mentor?
3. Where do I find business? How many companies do I sign up with?
4. Where can I find examples of loan documents?
5. What type of printer do I need?
6. What should I charge?
7. How much E & O should I get?
8. Which platforms can I trust?
9. I have my Electronic notary commission (now what??) *My personal favorite*
10. Is there a universally accepted Background Check?
Perhaps a vote could be taken on which 4 or 5 are the ones Most desired to have directed away from the mainstream forum issues! But likely posters will still want to share their .02 
Truthfully, what's being suggested is like asking everyone to unite their COVID experiences (treatments, vaccinations, symptoms, etc.) into ONE thread. That would make my day (since I only devote about a day to Leisure); otherwise, I frankly cannot keep up - and would honestly like to. |
