Anyone else having déjà vu?
This business is definitely cyclical! Also hear an interview on the radio today with some financial guru saying that mortgage interest rates may be going up (tied to changes in Bond market?) I hadn't had my coffee yet, either, but it does seem like these scams follow the boom & bust curves of our business.
