Exactly Yoli...it's only when we QUIT "labeling" ourselves to make us different and draw upon it, is there true equality and no discrimination. I never felt less than being a woman, and many jobs I don't want to do as a woman, but can if I wanted, and the same for the men I would guess. Wage discrimination based on race, gender, religion is just that, and I think we are coming out of that era in the USA. If we want to end discrimination then all these special days and labels need to cease as we are supposed to be striving for equality.
