required. This is no official title as Signing Agent or Notary Signing Agent.
I would be very cautious about relying on the XYZ organization for info. BTW, that's the way we refer to them on this forum. I've found that a lot of their info isn't correct. They pretend to the the "authority", but they're not. Always follow your state's notary laws only!
