Oregon has slowed too. Fewer refinances but purchases and sales are going strong.

I worked harder than I needed to this past year because I figured it was temporary due to lower interest rates. I think we are settling into a new normal. Most everyone who can has already refinanced to get lower rates. New refinances are now mostly cash outs for remodels and new roofs, etc...
