I went to Chicago to do a closing in their office on Thursday, 2 days after I was Fidelity approved. I ran to Cinnabon before I went in and brought some treats for everyone in the office. I was immediately declared to be their favorite! They gave me two signings that day and I made more with those two than three through Signing Services.

It's amazing what a little gesture like Cinnabons will accomplish. Smile

Every time I go to a title company I try to take a little nosh. Having worked in an office for more years than I care to admit, I FONDLY remember the people who did that.
