Had a signing scheduled for over a week. It's for Freedom Mortgage and was scheduled for tomorrow, 4/27th, at 10:30pm. I know. A little late but they were willing to tack on an additional fee.
Called borrowers and left voice mail message to confirm. No response. Text them; same result. Okay, I think, give it 'til the weekend. Maybe they have weird work hours. Call again on Sunday and left v/m msg. Finally, she returns my call to say signing will have to be rescheduled. Her last name has changed; numbers are all wrong; a few other minor items; and, they want 10:30am - not 10:30pm. I ask her to contact her lender with all the discrepancies.
If they've had this file for all this time, don't you think they would've reviewed all these details??? C'mon, things aren't as busy as they were September - December! <smh>
