Thanks for the update, Matt. It's a big relief to hear that she's just gathering information at this point and is still open-minded. Kudos to her for that, and for opening up discussion on this issue, rather than just receiving the pitch behind closed doors!

I think it's also a great idea for California notaries to send a list of comments and concerns, now that they've been hit with all the PR from those promoting this idea. They can be sent to: constituentaffairs@sos.ca.gov.
Brief bullet points are probably the best way to go. She needs to hear from us, so please make yourselves a reminder to do this (probably after EOM...  )
