I am also a mortgage field inspector. Our numbers are WAY down, and I am pretty certain they will stay that way. NO ONE wants the mortgage meltdown like what we had in 2008. I am betting that the banking regulations for foreclosures will be changed and a lot of those loan mods we signed will be protected.
