I also wonder what impact there was from moving up the deadline for census tallying. I just read an article saying the biggest exodus has been from the cities to the less costly boonies for folks learning they can work remotely. It also said the change is a reflection of the reduction of immigrants from all over due to the pandemic, which has been a significant source of population growth here in the past. It'll be interesting to see how all that impacts property values over time.
