I am not surprised to see them not completed and I personally would not sign a blank. However, I would not share that bit of info with a signer.
I sign my own loan early July and will be curious to see if mine is blank and if the 4506t is also in the package.
I signed a CFO for Wells Fargo, many moons ago, who crossed some dates on the 4506 that in his words, were not part of his qualifying requirements. I always wondered if they insisted he sign those as they were before funding.... |
