So sad. I know folks that were swindled in the "foreclosure

rescue" scams that were out a few years ago.
We've read about it here & are aware that those scheme are illegal--collecting money upfront for promises of a loan mod, etc. Unfortunately, the general public doesn't know about these scams. ;-(
