You are not paid to train "their" way. If you are a Notary Signing Agent you are equipped to do your job no matter who for. The documents are all the same, and up to us to figure out the little differences.
Why would they take time to train you and then you train someone else? That makes no sense to anyone.
Bottom line is: Your mistake you fix it. That's the best education. The first time you have to run back on your dime to fix your mistakes you learn very fast. A note is a note...a Mortgage is a mortgage. We are there to get it signed and maybe a brief general description of the document, not interpret them like a LO. |
