IMO, Teresa did the right thing by refusing to Facetime. After reading the FL notary site, it is my understanding that the notary must be "authorized" to perform RON. I don't think Teresa is. Further, the 'site specifically states that "Apps such as FaceTime, Skype and Google Duo do not meet the requirements for a RON service provider set by Florida Statutes."

The above is just an "outsider's" opinion. Hopefully, FL notaries will chime in with the actual facts. Wink

Teresa also writes that the EO yelled at her on the phone. IMO, just another reason to not believe/trust that EO: From Hamlet, "Thou doest protest to much .... " Wink
