I was hired by a SS but my communication for this assignment was with the EO. She instructed me to leave the signed documents with the signers since she would be arriving shortly to notarize the Deed. The Deed was not signed by the sellers yet, I took care of all of the other documents and left them there at the EO's request, making the Monday morning delivery unnecessary.

I gave a full report to the SS last night and let them know to deduct the delivery fee from my agreed fee. The SS responded to me this morning and is backing me up (so far).
