Growing, growing, growing and fees shrinking. I have dropped a lot of companies due to disapportionment in costs vs fees.

GNW is the best opportunity now.

I had a client today who did a refi a couple years ago with PNC and they sent a notary from UPS store from her neighborhood. WTH..
